October is a big month for artists doing various challenges from Inktober to original challenges. In October 2021, I chose to pull from prompts from Furry Little Peach’s Peachtober and Mossery Co.’s Mosstober. I wanted to create within a specific theme because I had a full time job and knew I would only have so much time to dedicate to painting and creating. So to keep things spooky, I decided to make jack-o-lanterns in the vein of each theme.
